Digital Goods Policy

Because Modern Work Solutions offers irrevocable, non-tangible digital goods (source codes, templates, scripts), we do not generally issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product license key has been generated.

Exceptions

We may honor requests for a refund under the following reasons:

• Non-delivery of the product: If you did not receive the download link or license key via email due to a system error.
• Major Defects: If the source code contains critical bugs that prevent its core functionality, and our technical support team cannot resolve it within 7 days.
